Role Summary:
We are looking for a presentable, courteous, and organized Receptionist to manage the front desk at one of our key project sites in South Bombay. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a professional and welcoming environment for visitors, while also supporting day-to-day admin functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, channel partners, and vendors courteously at the reception desk
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or redirect as required
- Maintain daily visitor logs and ensure site security protocols are followed
- Handle basic admin tasks including courier tracking, stationery records, and meeting coordination
- Support the site team with documentation, appointments, and vendor follow-ups
Requirements:
- Graduate or 12th Pass with 2+ years of receptionist/front desk experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and email handling
- Neat, punctual, and polite with a professional appearance
