JUNIOR LIAISON ARCHITECT

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit drawings for statutory approvals to MCGM, SRA, MMRDA, and other regulatory authorities.
• Track progress and status of approval files and follow up for clearances
• Coordinate with consultants, surveyors, and legal teams for technical documents
• Ensure compliance with DCPR norms and relevant building bye-laws
• Maintain updated logs of file movements, submissions, and approvals
• Support senior architects in project coordination and regulatory compliance

Candidate Requirements:

• B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture
• 4 years of experience in architectural liaison or approvals
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and development control regulations
• Strong follow-up skills and coordination with external bodies
• Detail-oriented with basic understanding of real estate project timelines
