AUTOCAD DESIGNER / DESIGN ARCHITECT

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural and interior drawings including layouts, elevations, sections, and working drawings
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants for drawing integration
• Assist in concept presentations and support 3D visualization as needed
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, bye-laws, and DCR norms
• Maintain version control and documentation of all design drawings

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design
• 3+ years of professional experience in AutoCAD drafting and detailing
• Strong knowledge of Mumbai’s DCR and development regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; added advantage if familiar with Revit, SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop
• Ability to manage timelines and work collaboratively with multi-functional teams
