Receptionist and tele-caller

• Make outbound calls to potential leads (warm + cold) and explain our services.
• Understand client needs, identify interest, and qualify them for advisory sessions.
• Schedule appointments with the Financial Advisor or Relationship Manager.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in CRM (Zoho/Excel).
• Follow up regularly with interested leads until conversion.
• Handle client queries courteously and professionally.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets.
• Support marketing and sales campaigns by providing feedback on lead quality.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for better conversion strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
