Job Description

As a Receptionist at Amity University, Noida, your role involves ensuring the smooth entry of VIP Guests by preparing passes, coordinating with visitors, and conveying key messages. Your responsibilities include: - Ensuring the smooth entry of VIP Guests. - Preparing VIP Guests passes and briefing the security supervisor at Gate no.1 & 4. - Coordinating with visitors and the person they are scheduled to meet. - Dealing with inquiries from visitors and communicating key messages. - Ensuring the right person's entry through the reception. - Conveying the organization's policies to visitors. - Issuing car passes for authorized visitor vehicles and fine slips to students who forgot/lost their ID cards. - Logging important messages in the daily message book. - Permitting student entry after verifying with departments and issuing temporary passes to contractual/vendor staff. Qualifications required for this role include completion of Graduation. Additionally, you should have good command over the English Language (oral and written), working knowledge of MS Office, and a good typing speed.
