Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, well-organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The Receptionist will manage the front desk, handle communications (inbound and outbound calls), and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; make outbound calls to clients/customers as needed.
  • Handle inquiries over the phone and provide accurate information.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-up calls.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially over the phone.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergencies appropriately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,342.30 - ₹10,000.00 per month
