We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receivable Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the receivables process to ensure timely payments from customers. Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize bad debt and improve cash flow. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and disputes. Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the receivables process. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to receivables management. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their concerns and queries regarding receivables matters. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of financial concepts, including accounting principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and other relevant software tools. Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. Experience working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
