Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Rebar Detailer located in Chennai. The Rebar Detailer will be responsible for preparing and reviewing shop drawings, detailing steel structures, and including rebar specifications as per architectural drawings. Responsibilities also include collaborating with the engineering team, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining accurate documentation of all work.

Qualifications

• 2 - 3 years of experience in Rebar Detailing
• Experience in preparing shop drawings and detailing steel structures
• Proficiency in rebar detailing and working with architectural drawings
• In-depth knowledge of rebar, steel detailing, and steel structures
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Relevant technical certifications or training in rebar detailing or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred
