Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Rebar Detailer located in Chennai. The Rebar Detailer will be responsible for producing accurate shop drawings, steel detailing, rebar placement plans, and architectural drawings. The role includes collaboration with construction and engineering teams to ensure precise detailing and adherence to project specifications. Day-to-day tasks involve creating detailed plans, interpreting architectural drawings, and coordinating with other departments to facilitate smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• 2 - 3 years of experience in Rebar Detailing
• Experience in preparing shop drawings and detailing steel structures
• Proficiency in rebar detailing and working with architectural drawings
• Must be located in commutable distance to Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
• In-depth knowledge of rebar, steel detailing, and steel structures
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Relevant technical certifications or training in rebar detailing or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred
