Job Description

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Real-Time Analyst (RTA) located in Kolkata. The RTA will monitor and analyze real-time call volume and service levels, communicate with the workforce management team to ensure appropriate staffing levels, and make real-time adjustments to schedules as needed. The RTA will also generate reports, identify trends, and recommend strategies for improving operational efficiency.
