Real Estate Salesperson

Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and energetic Real Estate Sales & Rental Executives to help promote and sell/rent units in Sarvottam Enclave. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, knowledge of the local property market, and a passion for helping clients find their ideal home.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads for both sales and rental
• Conduct property showings and site visits
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
• Maintain follow-ups with interested buyers and tenants
• Coordinate with prospective clients for booking, agreement, and loan documentation
• Promote listings on property portals and local networks
• Act as the liaison between customers and the builder

Requirements:

• Prior experience in real estate sales/rental preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with Patna residential market is a plus
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Basic digital knowledge (WhatsApp, email, Google Maps, Magicbricks, etc.)

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 per week
