Real Estate Salesperson

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Person to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in buying/selling properties, and ensuring a smooth and transparent transaction process. You should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a passion for the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and referrals.
• Guide clients in buying, selling, and investing in properties.
• Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, property values, and competitive projects.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Conduct property site visits and explain project details to prospective buyers.
• Negotiate deals and close sales with transparency and professionalism.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Own vehicle and willingness to travel locally.

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
