Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson at our Ahmedabad location. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties. Daily tasks include prospecting for new clients, showing properties, facilitating negotiations, and ensuring smooth transactions. The role also involves maintaining an updated knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Real Property and Real Estate markets
• Proven Sales skills in a real estate context
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the local Ahmedabad real estate market is a plus
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any stream
