Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson located in Pune. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for handling client inquiries, providing property information, and organizing property viewings. Daily tasks include negotiating sales, assisting clients with the purchase process, maintaining a thorough knowledge of real property, and staying updated on market trends. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Valid Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property
• Experience in Sales and Customer Service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of local property market trends
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
