Real Estate Sales person

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive with proven experience in property sales. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the local real estate market, strong client relationship skills, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will play a key role in guiding clients through property buying, selling, and leasing processes, while maintaining a strong network of leads and industry contacts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell residential or commercial properties to prospective buyers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and inventory.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing guidance and advice on property investments.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and sales activities.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as:
• Real Estate Management
• Business Administration
• Marketing
• Finance
• Urban Planning
• Economics
• Proven sales experience in the real estate sector (minimum 1 years preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Negotiation and closing skills
• Knowledge of real estate laws and financing
• Local market expertise

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary + high commission structure

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
