Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sales Planning:

  Develop and implement effective sales strategies for real estate sales to achieve set revenue targets.

• Market Analysis & Forecasting:

  Analyze current market trends and forecast future sales to adjust strategies and targets accordingly.

• Sales Target Setting & Monitoring:

  Set individual and team sales targets, and regularly monitor and review performance against these goals.

• Team Training & Development:

  Provide training to the sales team, ensuring they have in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered.

• Sales Growth Opportunities:

  Identify new opportunities for growth in the real estate market and devise strategies to capture them.

• Client Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Collaboration & Reporting:

  Work closely with other departments and management to ensure smooth operations and alignment of business objectives.

• Performance Analysis:

  Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing feedback and coaching to improve results.
