As a Real Estate Sales Executive/Assistant Sales Manager at our esteemed Real Estate Sales & Marketing department in Kasba, Kolkata, you will play a crucial role in selling Land/Plot & Commercial Property. Your main responsibilities will include meeting or exceeding the monthly/quarterly sales targets set by management. Proficiency in Computer Knowledge is essential as we utilize CRM for reporting purposes. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Graduation degree, while an MBA in Marketing & Sales will be preferred. Punctuality is key during client visits; therefore, candidates with a two-wheeler will be given preference. If you possess over 3 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, real estate sales, car sales, current A/c opening, medical representative, or loan sales, you are encouraged to apply. A proven track record of your previous job and a presentable appearance are highly valued as you will be dealing with HNI clients. Flexibility is crucial in this role, as you may need to work on weekends and holidays based on client availability. A sound geographical knowledge of Kolkata is essential.
