The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting walk-ins, managing client relationships, coordinating with the sales team, and achieving set sales targets. Key Responsibilities:Attend to walk-in clients at the project site and provide end-to-end assistance. Handle daily lead calls, follow-ups, and maintain CRM updates. Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication. Conduct site visits and present project features effectively. Coordinate with channel partners and assist in lead closures. Handle negotiations, closing sales deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide regular updates on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Manage documentation and ensure timely follow-ups for bookings.
