Job Description

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales for residential projects through direct walk-ins, referrals, channel partners, and digital leads.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate project recommendations.
Conduct site visits, project presentations, and negotiations leading to closures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, lead trackers, and customer interaction logs in CRM systems.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, CRM, and legal for smooth documentation and post-sales support.
Provide market feedback on customer trends, pricing, and competition to management.

Key Requirements:

8–10 years of relevant experience in
residential real estate sales
in Chennai.
Strong knowledge of local real estate market, RERA norms, and current buyer trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus).
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Experience in handling high-net-worth clients (HNI) is an added advantage.
Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office, and digital sales tools.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
