Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Salesperson with 4–5 years of proven experience in property sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of the real estate market. A proactive attitude and the ability to close deals independently is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Handle client inquiries, site visits, and property presentations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
• Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and events.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of experience in real estate sales or similar industry.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closures.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good understanding of local property markets and legal documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
• Own vehicle and valid driving license (preferred).
