Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a goal-oriented mindset. Candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in real estate sales or related fields will be preferred. However, MBA freshers with strong communication and interest in sales are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through cold calling, online platforms, and site visits.
• Explain project features, pricing, and benefits to clients.
• Schedule and conduct site visits for potential buyers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Follow up with prospects and close sales.
• Coordinate with the sales and back-office team for documentation and support.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily progress.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of the real estate market (training will be provided)
• Ability to handle client objections and negotiations
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (optional but preferred)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales, telecalling, or field sales
• MBA Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply
• Qualification: Graduate / MBA / PGDM
