Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate Location: NX One Noida Extention Noida Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Real Estate Experience: 1–5 years (preferred) Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for real estate, and a strong track record of sales performance. He/She will be responsible for handling client inquiries, conducting property tours, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Conduct client meetings and property presentations. Provide detailed information about available properties and real estate projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Assist clients with property selection based on their needs and preferences. Negotiate and close sales deals. Coordinate with developers, legal teams, and back-office staff for smooth transaction processing. Attend industry events and property exhibitions as needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in real estate sales or similar industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Presentable and professional demeanor. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Familiarity with the local real estate market. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Must be willing to travel locally for site visits and client meetings. Preferred Attributes: Confident, energetic, and self-driven personality. Customer-focused attitude. Strong ethical standards and integrity. Previous experience in real estate, hospitality, or luxury sales will be an advantage.
