We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, guiding clients through property transactions, and closing deals efficiently. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up with leads via networking, cold calling, and digital marketing. Conduct property viewings, virtual tours, and client meetings. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters. Maintain and update property listings. Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals. Qualifications Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar sales role. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Deep knowledge of the local property market and real estate regulations. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
