Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Requirement:

We are seeking a highly experienced Real Estate Sales Executive with a strong background in the real estate industry and having excellent communication skills in all local languages, along with negotiation, and closing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the real estate market, including both commercial and residential segments.

· Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed performance targets.

· Coordinate effectively with developers, channel partners, and clients to finalize deals and ensure efficient sales operations across various projects.

· Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by addressing their needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

· Generate qualified sales leads, attract new clients, and successfully close transactions.

· Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, documentation standards, and legal requirements to ensure smooth pre- and post-sales processes.

· Prepare and present detailed sales performance reports, market analysis, and other relevant data to support strategic decision-making.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, attend industry events, and actively expand the company’s sales network.

· Consistently meet or exceed sales targets as defined by company objectives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
