Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive
Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore
Experience: 0 to 2 Year
Work Mode: Work from Office | Full-time | 6 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with inbound homebuyer leads and understand their property requirements.
  • Recommend suitable projects based on budget, location preference & lifestyle needs.
  • Coordinate & conduct site visits and explain project features in detail.
  • Maintain accurate client records using Google Sheets / Excel.
  • Build long-term client relationships for referrals and repeat business.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, & email.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and support customer journey end-to-end.
  • Stay updated on market trends, new project launches & competitor offerings.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Any Graduate (Freshers can apply)
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Pre-sales / Inside Sales / BPO Customer Handling (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong communication skills English (mandatory), Kannada (added advantage)
  • Good convincing skills, confident personality & target-driven mindset
  • Must be comfortable with fieldwork & client meetings
  • Basic computer knowledge: Excel, Google Sheets, Email, WhatsApp Business
