Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the property market, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of successful sales. You will be responsible for generating leads, guiding clients through the buying/selling process, and closing real estate transactions. Key Responsibilities:Prospect and generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital campaigns, and referrals. Present and market real estate properties to potential buyers or investors. Conduct property tours and open houses. Provide clients with expert advice on market conditions, prices, and mortgages. Assist clients through the negotiation and closing process. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and legislation. Prepare and present proposals, agreements, and documentation. Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
