Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our real estate team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our property offerings, and scheduling site visits. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for real estate, and a goal-driven approach. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads. Promote and explain real estate projects and offerings. Schedule and coordinate property site visits. Follow up with clients regularly and maintain good relationships. Maintain and update client database with accurate information. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead conversion targets. Answer client queries and address concerns in a professional manner. Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to the sales team. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or customer service role (real estate experience is a plus). Excellent verbal communication skills in [English / Hindi / Bengali/ regional language]. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
