Real Estate Sales Associate

You will be joining K Jadhwani Projects, a dynamic and multi-vertical real estate firm based in Mumbai. Our core operations include the redevelopment of residential and commercial projects, trading of lands and properties, real estate brokerage and financial structuring, interior design and space transformation, as well as ERP software solutions tailored for real estate workflows. Our mission is to revolutionize urban living and simplify the property journey from concept to completion. As a Real Estate Sales Associate at our company, your responsibilities will include generating and converting high-quality leads, assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property visits, market evaluations, and client consultations, preparing sales documentation, and guiding clients through every step of the transaction. It is essential to stay updated on market trends and area developments while delivering exceptional customer service to build long-term trust. To qualify for this role, you should possess excellent customer service skills, be comfortable with a hybrid working model (site visits + remote lead generation), hold a valid Real Estate License, have knowledge of Real Property and Real Estate, demonstrate sales skills in the real estate industry, exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, showcase strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, be able to work independently and manage time effectively, and ideally be familiar with the Mumbai real estate market. While a bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement.
