Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients through cold calling, site visits, and networking.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Coordinate and schedule property showings.
  • Maintain and update CRM with client interactions and follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
  • Develop relationships with channel partners and brokers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales.
  • MBA in Marketing or Sales is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication.
  • Must be presentable, professional, and confident.
