Generate leads through digital campaigns, social media, referrals, and on-ground activities.
Meet prospective clients, conduct property presentations, and arrange site visits.
Explain project details, pricing, and offers to clients effectively.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to convert them into buyers.
Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and events.
Negotiate and close sales deals while achieving assigned targets.
Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in real estate sales or similar field (internship experience considered).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
Knowledge of real estate market trends and RERA regulations.
Experience in digital lead generation and marketing campaigns.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
