Job Title: Meta Ads Lead Generation Specialist – Real Estate Location: In-house (Mumbai office) Experience Needed: 2–4 years minimum in Meta lead gen (preferably for high-ticket or real estate brands) Key Responsibilities: Run high-intent lead gen campaigns for buying, selling & leasing properties in South Mumbai Create and test ad creatives (Reels, carousels, WhatsApp CTAs) Manage Meta Business Suite, Pixel, lead forms, and WhatsApp integrations Track CPL, lead quality, and conversion ratios Work with agents to qualify and retarget leads Coordinate with design/video team to build high-conversion creatives Ideal Candidate Profile: Knows how to run real estate buyer lead campaigns on ₹20K–₹2L budgets Can work with South Mumbai geotargeting, age filters, and Lookalike Audiences Has experience working with WhatsApp API, Zapier, or lead CRMs Understands HNI psychology (value, trust, and urgency balance) Show more Show less
