Real Estate Manager/Team Leader

You will be responsible for calling leads provided by the company and building good working relationships with clients. It will be essential to create contacts with potential clients to generate new business opportunities and explain properties to customers. Following up with potential customers to prospect for new business and closing sales while submitting all relevant documents to the seller will be part of your role. As part of the job, you will need to develop Trinity Realtech as a brand by maintaining service standards in line with company policies. Building strong working relationships with subordinates and leading and supervising the real estate sales team will be crucial. Administrative duties and staying informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry will also be expected. Providing advice and motivation to the sales team to close sales and reporting on sales activities to top management with a current and futuristic benchmark will be necessary. You will be required to develop sales strategies, visualize set targets, and possibly manage some major customer accounts. Tracking, collating, and interpreting sales figures and reporting will also be part of your responsibilities. Being a markets go-getter and trendsetter with strong sales acumen and the ability to adapt to the organizational culture will be key to your success. In terms of job specification, excellent communication skills are a must. A pleasing personality and the ability to handle sales within defined guidelines are essential.
