We are expanding our Elite Property Service and have opportunities for existing entrepreneurial-thinking, international Property Investment Professionals. You must have experience with cross-boarder and off-shore investment property sales.

You will have access to the unique portfolio of deVere's UK and Dubai investment properties, together with industry-leading support and training platforms, to offer to your clients.

The services we offer include:

• Exclusive access to up and coming projects across the UK and UAE.

• Conducting due diligence on property

• A Solicitor that specialises in off-plan conveyancing for expats and international clients

• Monthly site visits, providing you with regular updates of progress made on development

• Expert tax advice and insurance for guaranteed rental income

• Overseeing property’s resale

As an advisor, you will introduce our product portfolio to your clients, and in return, we provide you with:

Market leading commission structure payable on exchange, completion.

Marketing support.

Administration, compliance and CRM

Weekly pay run for upfront commission structure and introductory fees for add-on products.
