to turn raw property images into polished, listing-ready visuals with HDR blends, sky swaps, and precise perspective fixes

What youll do:

End-to-end
real-estate image editing
: exposure/white balance, color grading, lens vertical correction, noise reduction, sharpening.
HDR/Bracketing
blending, window-pulls, advanced masking composites.
Sky/grass replacement
, TV/fireplace inserts, object removal decluttering.
Interior realism
: lighting balance, shadow control, tone mapping for web print.
Perspective geometry fixes
for architecture (no keystoning).
Batch workflows
with presets, actions, and QC at scale (200400 imgs/day on peaks).
Collaborate with PMs on rush SLAs; maintain file naming delivery standards.
Nice-to-have: basics of floor-plan cleanup, twilight conversions.

Must-have skills

Adobe
Photoshop
(advanced),
Lightroom Classic
, Camera Raw; familiarity with Capture One a plus.
Strong eye for composition, color, and brand consistency.
Speed without quality loss; keyboard-driven workflows.
