Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for a Real Estate Customer Service Representative. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The representative will also be responsible for addressing customer concerns and following up to ensure resolution.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Good experience in telecalling
  • Able to handle HNI clients
  • Fluent in english and sales pitch
  • Strong Customer Experience skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle customer concerns efficiently
  • Knowledge of real estate and construction industry is a plus
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
