Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Consulting Manager, located in Pune. The Real Estate Consulting Manager will oversee property management, manage leases and lease administration, and engage in both residential and commercial real estate activities. Key responsibilities include liaising with clients, providing expert consultations, and guiding clients through the property acquisition process from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Experience in Property Management and Lease Administration
• Knowledge of Leases and Real Estate transactions
• Background in Residential and Commercial Real Estate
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Proficiency in relevant real estate software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred
