Real Estate Consultant

As a Sales Manager, your role will involve establishing sales objectives by forecasting and creating sales quotas for the team and individual sales representatives. You will be responsible for creating and executing strategic plans based on market trends and historical data. Additionally, you will manage team performance reviews and design reward programs for top performers. Your responsibilities will also include managing, coaching, and motivating the sales team to enhance their skills, maintain a high professional standard, and assist them in achieving their monthly sales goals.
