Experience: 1–3 years (Real Estate / Leasing background preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial

properties

● Conduct property tours and explain features, benefits, and pricing

● Build strong client relationships and understand their property needs

● Generate leads through fieldwork, digital platforms, and referrals

● Maintain updated knowledge of local market trends and property listings

● Handle negotiations, lease agreements, and closing processes

● Coordinate with property owners, developers, and legal teams

● Maintain records of client interactions, deals, and feedback

Requirements:

● Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing

● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

● Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

● Presentable, confident, and client-focused

● Knowledge of real estate regulations and documentation

● Must be open to fieldwork and client visits

● Proficiency in local language(s); English and Hindi preferred
