Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant located in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for guiding home buyers and investors through the real estate journey, conducting property showings, negotiating deals, and providing personalized consulting. The role involves understanding client needs, offering suitable property options, and ensuring a seamless transaction process from initial contact to possession.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Strong Sales and Negotiation skills
• Ability to provide Training and personalized consulting to clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with the Bengaluru real estate market is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
