Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Consultant. The role is located in Bengaluru, with some work from home acceptable. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with property transactions, providing investment guidance, and managing leasing processes. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and providing training to clients on the real estate market. The consultant will also be responsible for maintaining current knowledge of industry trends and collaborating with colleagues to achieve client satisfaction and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Real Estate and Real Property skills
• Sales and Negotiation skills
• Experience in providing client Training
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
