Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Noida. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include providing guidance and assistance through property decisions, marketing property listings, conducting property tours, and negotiating property sales or leases. The role also involves developing networks and building relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Customer Service skills, providing excellent service to clients
• Knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Sales
• Understanding of Real Property laws and regulations
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in understanding local real estate market trends
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
