As a Real Estate Agent, your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in the Goa property market. You are expected to have a deep understanding of the local real estate market, including ongoing and upcoming residential, commercial, and luxury projects. Your role will involve providing end-to-end support to clients with a consultative approach, leveraging your local expertise to guide them through the property transaction process. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and expand a client base interested in property investment, buying, or renting in Goa. - Assist clients through the entire property transaction process, including site visits, negotiations, paperwork, and legal formalities. - Stay informed about property trends, zoning laws, new developments, and investment opportunities in Goa. - Develop and nurture relationships with builders, developers, brokers, and other stakeholders in the local real estate ecosystem. - Conduct market analysis and offer comparative market evaluations to clients. - Market properties through digital listings, open houses, and local marketing campaigns. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools. Qualifications: - Hold a Real Estate License and possess Real Estate Sales skills. - Demonstrate strong customer service and real property knowledge. - Exhibit excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - Be capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team. - Have prior experience in the real estate industry. - Possess a bachelor's degree in real estate, Business, or a related field.
