Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with channel partners (brokers/agents/distributors).
Conduct regular site visits, broker meets, and market mapping of nearby real estate clusters.
Ensure consistent follow-ups with channel partners to drive walk-ins and closures.
Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team to execute promotional campaigns in the region.
Maintain up-to-date competitor and market intelligence including pricing, offerings, and customer trends.
Track daily visits, funnel movement, and report progress through CRM / Excel.
