About Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ReactJS Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing modern web applications using ReactJS, Redux, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript. You will be responsible for designing and implementing user interface components, optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability, and ensuring a seamless user experience across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- UI Development: Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable front-end code using ReactJS, Redux, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Component Design: Design and implement high-quality user interface components that are responsive and meet design specifications.
- State Management: Manage application state using Redux, ensuring data consistency and optimized performance.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, with a focus on rendering performance and efficient code practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and other team members to deliver a seamless and integrated user experience.
- Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices are followed.
- Testing: Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability of the application.
- Documentation: Document code and processes for future reference and team collaboration.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and other technical problems in the application.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to ReactJS and front-end development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in ReactJS, Redux, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience: 4-6 years of professional experience in front-end development, with a significant focus on ReactJS.
- Experience developing mobile/web user interfaces, component and widgets
- Familiarity with common development tools such as Eclipse, xCode, Android Software Development Kit (SDK), Git, Ubuntu/OS X.
- State Management: Deep understanding of state management with Redux.
- Web Technologies: Solid understanding of web technologies, including RESTful APIs, asynchronous request handling, and responsive design principles.
- Performance Focus: Experience in optimizing applications for speed and scalability.
- Version Control: Proficient with version control systems like Git.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, or similar.
- Familiarity with modern front-end workflows and tools, such as npm/yarn, ESLint, and Prettier.
- Experience with TypeScript is a plus.
- Knowledge of back-end technologies and frameworks is an added advantage.
