ReactJS Lead

You are a highly skilled ReactJS Lead with over 8 years of experience, seeking a hands-on role to drive technical excellence in front-end development. As the Technical Lead, you will be responsible for developing complex, high-performance web applications using ReactJS, owning the front-end codebase, and ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability. Collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers, you will translate requirements into elegant UI solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop interactive web applications using React and build scalable UI components. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions. - Evaluate and integrate new technologies, tools, and frameworks for continuous improvement. - Write clean, modular, and reusable code with thorough documentation. - Optimize application performance for speed, responsiveness, and scalability. - Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and peer reviews. Must Have Skills: - Solid experience in React development. - Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. - Basic knowledge of React hooks, context API, and state management libraries (e.g., Redux). - Familiarity with front-end development tools and build processes (e.g., Webpack, Babel). - Experience with front-end testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library. Nice to Have: - Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and microservices deployment. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions). - Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration. - Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cosmos DB). - Exposure to identity management frameworks like OAuth2, OpenID Connect, or Identity Server.
