As a UI/UX Developer, you will be responsible for collaborating with the development team to brainstorm and implement user interface ideas and applications. You will review application requirements and interface designs, identifying web-based user interactions. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using React concepts and writing application interface codes using JavaScript following React.js workflows. Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes will also be part of your core responsibilities. You will play a key role in developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts, monitoring and enhancing front-end performance. Additionally, documenting application changes and developing updates will be essential tasks to ensure seamless user experiences. To excel in this role, we expect you to have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in developing real-time ReactJS and JavaScript-based applications (ES6+). You should possess in-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages, as well as familiarity with web tools and technologies used with React, Redux, Redux Toolkit, and Typescript. Proficiency in REST web services and open API design, experience with common front-end development tools, and knowledge of Next JS will be advantageous. Moreover, your expertise in user interface design, browser-based debugging, performance testing software, troubleshooting, and project management skills will be invaluable for this role. This is a full-time position with benefits including a flexible schedule, performance bonus, yearly bonus, and the opportunity to work day shifts on a fixed schedule from Monday to Friday.
