We are urgently hiring a React.js Developer with 3+ years of experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in React.js and should be ready to contribute immediately to ongoing projects. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using React.js, Next.js, Redux, and TypeScript.
• Build reusable components and libraries for future use.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with other developers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Debug and resolve production issues quickly and effectively.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
• Solid experience in React.js and component-based architecture
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration
• Version control using Git

Good to Have:

• Next.js for server-side rendering
• Redux for state management
• TypeScript for type-safe development
• Familiarity with unit testing tools like Jest

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
