React.js Developer

You will be joining our team at Prometteur Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior React.js Developer, where you will be responsible for coding and leading our existing team of React developers. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in mentorship, ownership of architecture, front-end excellence, and aspire to build a strong and scalable team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Writing clean, high-performance, and reusable React.js code. - Driving component architecture and implementing scalable designs. - Optimizing performance for maximum speed and responsiveness. - Integrating with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries. - Leading efforts for cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility. You will also play a crucial role in team mentoring and leadership by: - Guiding a team of React developers. - Reviewing PRs to enhance code quality, test coverage, and standards. - Facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions and peer learning. - Setting performance standards and improving team KPIs. - Being the primary resource for problem-solving and design discussions. Additionally, your collaboration and project impact will involve: - Working closely with UI/UX Designers, Product Managers, Backend Engineers, and QA teams. - Participating in sprint planning, grooming, estimation, and retrospectives. - Translating product requirements into scalable front-end solutions. - Contributing to internal tools, design systems, and documentation. To excel in this role, you should possess: - 5-7 years of strong JavaScript experience with in-depth expertise in React.js. - Solid understanding of Redux, Context API, and React Query. - Strong command over HTML5, CSS3, Sass/LESS, and responsive frameworks. - Experience in state management, performance tuning, and code splitting. - Familiarity with unit testing tools like Jest, Enzyme, or RTL. - Experience with version control (Git), code review processes, and CI/CD. - Exposure to Agile environments and product-focused development. - Prior experience in mentoring or leading a team is highly preferred.
