Role Overview: As a React.js Developer at Growthzi, you will be a crucial part of the product engineering team, responsible for creating and refining the front-end user interfaces of Growthzi's web applications. Your role will involve developing responsive and high-performance web interfaces using React.js and related technologies to ensure seamless and visually engaging user experiences across the platform. Key Responsibilities: - Develop responsive and high-performance web interfaces using React.js and associated libraries. - Collaborate closely with backend developers and designers to integrate APIs and enhance user journeys. - Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices. - Optimize front-end performance and page load speed to improve SEO and Core Web Vitals. - Implement dynamic components, dashboards, and interactive workflows. - Work with product and UX teams to translate ideas into intuitive and scalable features. - Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. Qualification Required: - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with React.js (Next.js experience is a strong plus). - Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 / Tailwind CSS. - Experience with RESTful APIs, Axios/Fetch, and state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or Context API). - Understanding of Git, version control workflows, and CI/CD pipelines. - Familiarity with component-driven development and reusable UI structures. - Basic knowledge of backend integration (Node.js / Express preferred).
