About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

React Tech Lead

with strong expertise in

React, Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript

, coupled with solid knowledge of

cloud-native deployments (GCP), Kubernetes, and containerized environments

. This role requires both

hands-on coding

and

technical leadership

to guide the team in building scalable, high-performance web applications and leading deployment strategies on cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development

of large-scale, responsive web applications using React and Node.js.
Define

frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices

for the team.
Drive

component reusability, scalability, and maintainability

across projects.
Provide

technical leadership

and mentor developers through design reviews, code reviews, and pair programming.
Collaborate with backend, DevOps, and product teams for seamless API and middleware integrations.
Oversee

GCP-based deployments

, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable application delivery.
Implement

containerization and orchestration

using Docker and Kubernetes.
Lead efforts on

CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and automation

.
Ensure

performance optimization, security, and scalability

across frontend and backend layers.
Stay up to date with emerging frontend and cloud technologies, and

evaluate new tools/frameworks

for adoption.

Core Technical Skills

Frontend:

React (Hooks, Context API, Redux/Zustand), advanced JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, responsive UI design.

Backend:

Node.js (REST APIs, Express.js, microservices architecture).

Cloud & DevOps:

Strong hands-on experience with

Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

(Cloud Run, GKE, IAM, Pub/Sub, Storage).

Containerization & Orchestration:

Docker, Kubernetes (preferably GKE).

Version Control & CI/CD:

Git, GitHub/GitLab, automated pipelines.

Testing:

Jest, React Testing Library, integration/unit testing.

Desirable Skills

Experience with

GraphQL

or gRPC for data interactions.
Knowledge of

Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Cloud Deployment Manager)

.
Familiarity with

observability tools

like Prometheus and Grafana.
Awareness of

modern security practices

(JWT, OAuth, API security).
